Account Coordinator Role

    • A fulfilling role for a ‘doer’ with a sales support background in the events, exhibitions, printing or advertising industries

    About the role

    Creative Hire is a young company and we’re growing. Our eyes are fixed on a big future and, ideally, so are you!

    We’re looking for productive ‘people person’ with great organisational skills. Working with a great small knit team, this role would see you help take our business to the next level through support of our sales team and broadening of our client network.

    Some of the joys of this role include working for and with a great bunch of people, creating exciting and beautiful new displays each week for major events, companies and promotions.

    To be successful in this role:

    • You must have a proven background in sales support
    • Ideally you’ve worked in the exhibition and events industry; or experience in similar industries, such as printing and AV
    • You’re can do; quick to respond and fast on your feet
    • You’re also a brilliant communicator
    • Technically-minded with attention to detail
    • People describe you as a positive and confident people person
    • Client satisfaction gives you satisfaction
    • Very good at managing your time
    • Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Have highly developed collaborative skills and ability to contribute positively in a team environment

    What does the role involve?

    You are the person who ensures the Sales Team has what they need to generate revenue and sales. With on the job training, you support them day-to-day across a range of tasks which include:

    • Handling inbound enquiries
    • Updating all client details into the CRM and workflow system
    • Quotes and basic orders for the BDM’s
    • Liaising with exhibitors of conferences, and up-selling hire furniture and signage
    • Managing email marketing campaigns
    • Client satisfaction gives you satisfaction
    • Warm calling customers for feedback and insights
    • Cold calling prospects to open up sales opportunities
    • Have highly developed collaborative skills and ability to contribute positively in a team environment
    • Integrity and professionalism are two of your top values at work

    At the same time you help coordinate the projects, to keep the team on time and on budget through:

    • Creating project satchels and ensuring all departments have the information they need
    • Coordination of internal team meetings and tracking the progress of the warehouse team
    • Liaising with suppliers to source products within budget parameters
    • Liaising with designers regarding concepts and specifications
    • Filing project paperwork
