Sales Role – BDM or Senior Account Director

Creative Hire is a young company and we’re growing. Our eyes are fixed on a big future and, ideally, so are you!
We’re looking for an experienced, client – focused and driven sales person who shares our passion for creating great spaces in the exhibition, event and conference industry.
Working with a great small knit team, this role would see you help take our business to the next level through broadening our client network and developing long term relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities (in the BDM role)
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline (in the BDM role)
- Face to face meetings with prospective and current clients
- Help clients to maximise their brand presence
- Work with designers to create award winning concepts that fit the brief and budget
- Prepare and present proposals
- Liaise with key internal and external parties to ensure all project requirements are met within set timeframes
- Attend industry and networking events or associated exhibitions
- Maintain a group of our existing clients
Key requirements of candidates
- Experience in the exhibition industry (or sales experience in a similar industry)
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- A passion for problem solving and creative thinking
- Client focused, with an excellent response time
- Organised, with excellent time management skills
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have highly developed collaborative skills and ability to contribute positively in a team environment
- Holder of a current Driver License

You will be joining a young, tightly-knit, and growing team of dedicated individuals, based in an 800-sq. m office and warehouse facility in Caringbah, Sydney.
Your contribution will make an important difference to our growth. Since 2011, we have made good inroads in the competitive and fast-moving exhibition and events industry and we’re moving into the next phase of growth.
A strong client base includes event organisers, retailers, and corporates. Our display services receive glowing reviews and we get a lot of repeat business.
